INVITATION TO DYSLEXIA INTERNATIONAL VOTING MEMBERS AND FRIENDS OF DYSLEXIA INTERNATIONAL

Dear Voting Members, Friends and Associates,

You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the members of the association on:

FRIDAY 12 JUNE 2009
From 12h30 – 14h00
at our registered seat, rue Defacqz 1, B -1000 Brussels.

The agenda will be as follows:

  1. Appointment and resignation of members
  2. Appointment and resignation of directors
  3. Approval of the Annual Report established by the board of directors
  4. Approval of the annual accounts for the year ending on 31.12.08 and approval of the budget for 2009
  5. Appointment of an auditor of accounts
  6. Determination of the voting membership contribution for the year 2010

If you are a voting member and you are not able to attend the meeting, please ask us for a proxy form.
